Refund policy

At Rin & Jahyde Stones, each piece is handcrafted with natural stones, making every item unique. We want you to love your jewelry, so please review our return and exchange policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in their original condition with tags attached. Items must be returned in their original packaging. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry, we cannot accept returns on items that show signs of wear.

To start a return, please contact us at support@rinjahydestones.com and we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange your item for a different piece within 14 days of delivery. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Defects

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized orders, sale items, and gift cards.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
